Josh and Ben Harrison continue their efforts to run/cycle 874 miles, the equivalent of driving from Lands End to John o'Groats. There is a report on the latest virtual Shakespeare race, with many members running in sub zero temperatures and we have the current state of play in the National Round of the England Athletics virtual 5 mile relay. Currently Ben Kruze is in 17th place overall, Georgie Campbell leads in her age category with Alex Adams 2nd in his age category. Take care Best Wishes David Jones Ben and Josh Harrison Josh and Ben's Progress. A couple of weeks ago I told you about 11 year old Josh and 9 year old Ben Harrison's attempt to run/cycle 874 miles, the equivalent of driving from Lands End to John o'Groats, with the aim of both keeping fit and raising money for Multiple Sclerosis. Keep it up. https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/josh-and-ben-harrison View this email in your browser Braving the sub zero temperatures. Top: Cara Reynolds and Emma Parkin. Of these, exactly 50% improved on their times including all 7 of the juniors who competed in both races. These juniors improved their times by an average of 78 seconds. Pretty impressive. I came across some interesting facts on some of the hugely impressive times by looking at the Power of 10 rankings for last year's 5k road races. The following members would have achieved high UK rankings in their respective age groups last year. Alex Adams (16.08 ) would have been 6th, Georgie Campbell (17.33) 4th, Kate Wright…
